Your Journey, Our Support

The Littles Society is an intimate gathering designed to support mothers navigating the early days of motherhood with confidence, connection, and care.

The Littles Society was created to support mothers through the transformative first year of motherhood with expert-informed guidance, meaningful connection, and a community that understands the journey.

Founded by licensed occupational therapists and mothers, The Littles Society bridges the gap between clinical knowledge and the lived experience of early motherhood. We believe mothers deserve more than occasional appointments and internet searches—they deserve a trusted space to learn, ask questions, build confidence, and connect with others navigating the same season.

Through our signature First Year Collection, we offer thoughtfully designed programs for each stage of infancy. Each program brings together a small circle of mothers and babies for weekly gatherings focused on topics such as infant development, feeding, sleep, postpartum wellness, maternal identity, relationships, and building a strong support system. Select sessions feature trusted guest experts who provide evidence-informed education and practical guidance.

To further support each mother's journey, every program includes a beautifully designed companion workbook created exclusively by The Littles Society. More than a collection of notes, these workbooks serve as keepsakes—filled with educational resources, guided reflections, and more, to document the moments that make the first year so meaningful.

At The Littles Society, we believe motherhood was never meant to be navigated alone. Our goal is to provide a space where mothers feel supported, informed, and empowered as they grow alongside their babies.
